    I have my residence in Norway but will be travelling the Philippines quite frequently in the future. Therefore I need a place to stay when Im in the city of CDO. I am primarily interested to stay in a place not far from the city proper. Am looking for a house and lot at affordable price and preferrably on monthly installment basis. Your Jessica Basic Model is interesting choice. Am also interested to look at other models that u have but are not shown on your home page.     i just would like to inquire regarding the Forest View Homes Model Vivienne. How much is the downpayment for this house and how many years to pay? If I will not avail for the Pag-Ibig loan can I simply pay the house for monthly basis (Rent to own)? If it is possible how much will be the monthly payment?
