A paradise beach house property

Welcome to a lifestyle you will find only in novels . . .

If you like both adventure and peace, if you appreciate nature, if you wish to live like a king, then consider this property.

Located on the large southern island of Mindanao in the Philippines, you are situated near the small fishing village of Consuelo north of Gingoog City.  It is a quiet and beautiful coastline with large beach estates, some occupied, some vacant.

This is a unique residence.  None like it in the world.  3 acres of paradise. Your property has not been cleared, except where the house has been solidly built on an island among tidal lakes and channels.  The land is two thirds natural jungle and one third house and beachfront.  The entry road winds in through the trees and 50 foot high philodendra vines.  The lakes and channels fill as the tide comes in and drain as the tide ebbs.  Huge mangrove trees populate the front channel.

Large monitor lizards reside here, and countless birds and other wildlife.

The location is far from the troubled parts of Mindanao that you may have read about.  Your reputation will be high as soon as you move in, a legacy left by the respected prior owner.

The home is not large, but it is first class, with huge master bedroom facing the sea.  Your staff can include a cook, housekeeper, gardeners, driver — what do you like?  Labor costs in the rural Philippines are low.  You need never labor again.

You are in Spanish Asia, no country like it in the world, for that matter.  Three hours from the large city of Cagayan de Oro and its malls, hospitals, immigration services and much more.  One hour from Butuan Airport, two flights out and in per day.  Twenty minutes from the banks and services of Gingoog City.
