Developments in Cagayan de Oro after Sendong
After the Sendong aftermath that happen in the city last year, Cagayan de Oro had suffered some setbacks in everything including the real estate industry with the vast destruction that tropical storm washi brought in. But Kagay-anons as we fondly called the Cagayan de Oro people are resilient with a slogan all over the city “Bangon Kagay-an” or Rise Cagayan de Oro.

Using modern materials and cost-effective technology, housing in Cagayan de Oro is looking great and more people can now afford. With the burgeoning economy of the city more people can readily afford to buy or rent this modern houses and apartments.
The city of golden friendship which the city is also fondly called will soon become the modern capital of Northern Mindanao and truly the gateway of Mindanao.
